Shipping is a charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. International Post - Price varies per country
Delivered in 7 - 14 days anywhere around the world. International shipping does not include insurance unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us today to get a price on shipping to your country.
Tecnica will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. There are no refunds or exchanges available if you simply change your mind. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on delivery charges to receive or return the good(s) you have purchased.
Refunds are issued to the credit card in which you used to make the initial purchase.
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endevour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers.
In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We will always endevour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
